Scooter Gennett (2B, MIL) was slowed by an oblique strain early in camp, but since then has been blistering the ball, with 12 hits, including four home runs, in just 26 at-bats. He owns a miserable .124/.147/.150 line in 113 career at-bats against left-handers, which would seem to suggest that Manager Craig Counsell should find another alternative at second base when the team is facing a southpaw. But Gennett has made the most of his limited opportunities against lefties this spring, going 5 for 8, and even hitting a home run off of Jorge De La Rosa.
