The front office has provided Manager Craig Counsell with several options at the hot corner, but it's unclear at this point how things will shake out there in 2016. Here's a look at a few of the most logical solutions to hold down the job:

  •  Jonathan Villar (3B, MIL), acquired in a November trade with Houston, is as good a bet as anyone to see the majority of time there. He has primarily played shortstop throughout his career, but made 12 appearances at third base in 2015, and is capable of playing second base and the outfield as well. Villar offers plenty of speed, as shown by his 42 stolen bases in 658 big league plate appearances, and the 35 he swiped in 70 games at Triple-A in 2015. However, his power is lacking,...
