PT TOMORROW: NL Central- Bailey embarks on rehab assignment... again

Cincinnati Reds

The return of Anthony DeSclafani (RHP, CIN), along with the call-up of Cody Reed (LHP, CIN), may finally provide the rotation with some stability. Though Reed has an awful 9.00 ERA through three starts, his 3.57 xERA, 11.3 Dom, and 14 percent swinging strike rate are certainly encouraging, and suggest that better days lie ahead.

Another reinforcement is on the way, as Homer Bailey (RHP, CIN) restarted his rehab assignment June 26. He had previously made two rehab appearances in late April, but was scratched from his third start, putting the rehab assignment on hold. He's now finally getting back up to speed, and though he served up two home runs in just an inning of work on June 26, he reported no physical issues....

Almost!
