PT TOMORROW: AL West—Unresolved

Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim

The Angels have yet to decide on a #5 starter for several reasons. Following last August's gruesome knee injury and subsequent surgery, the rehab news has been all good for Richards, who has dominated lesser hitters (14 scoreless IP, 13/3 K/BB) in his three spring minor league starts. Richards is lined up to take the ball that day, but manager Mike Scioscia has stated that he wants the Angel righthander to get two more starts prior to joining the club—which would mean a 2015 debut of April 19.
