On a rebuilding club with plenty of available playing time almost everywhere, Sheldon Neuse (2B/3B, OAK) has taken advantage of his positional versatility and early opportunities. Neuse won an Opening Day roster spot with a productive spring training (12-for-35, 4 HR), then began the season by moving around the infield as needed. And now following Kevin Smith's (3B, OAK) IL stint (bruised ankle), Neuse has found himself in the lineup at 3B for the past week—and is currently the A's leading hitter with a .327 BA over his first 58 PA. 

It's the 27-year-old Neuse first shot at everyday MLB AB despite posting a credible .291/.349/.459 line over 1446 PA at Triple-A since 2018. But there remains plenty of reason for...
