PT TOMORROW: AL East—Swihart seeks to get back on track

One of the more interesting players to watch this spring may be Blake Swihart (C, BOS).

It seems like a lifetime ago that Swihart sat near the top of prospect rankings (he was No. 20 on BaseballHQ.com's HQ100 in 2015) after posting a .293/.341/.469 slash line in a 2014 season split between Double-A and Triple-A.

Swihart held his own in the majors in 2015 in 309 PA (.274/.319/.392), but his last two seasons have been dominated by a position change to left field, a major injury—a severely sprained ankle that required surgery in August 2016 and continued to affect him in 2017—and anemic offensive performance.

Swihart said he only started to feel like himself at the end of 2017 and then went out a provided a bit of evidence...
