Carson Fulmer (RHP, CHW; pictured above) fared poorly in his 2016 MLB debut, allowing 11 ER and 7 BB in 11.2 IP as a reliever for the White Sox. His results may have been predictable as he didn't really solve his walk issues (5.3 Ctl, 87 IP) prior to his callup from Double-A Birmingham. Enter 2017, and Fulmer's 2.88 ERA in 34.1 IP at Triple-A Charlotte has been aided by a 2.9 Ctl (5 of hs 11 total BB came in a May 2...
