Lonnie Chisenhall (3B, CLE) is making a case for more playing time. Through Sunday he had a .381 BA with 16 H in 42 AB. He has been used almost exclusively against right-handed pitching (1 H in 1 AB against lefties). Manager Terry Francona is committed to keeping Carlos Santana (C/1B/3B/DH, CLE) in the lineup, despite his .122 BA in the early going. However, neither Ryan Raburn (DH/OF, CLE) nor Nick Swisher (OF/1B/DH, CLE) have been productive, and Santana could see more starts at DH or 1B opening 3B for Chisenhall. If Chisenhall plays regularly against right-handers he could become fantasy relevant (particularly for AL-only leagues), but be aware that his BA will come down.
