Though he hasn’t put up his usual ace-type numbers this season, he has been throwing well as his 79/11 K/BB ratio over 65 innings pitched indicates. For the first time since 2013, he has surrendered more than a hit per inning, leading to an inflated 1.31 WHIP while his 4.98/3.50 ERA/xERA highlight his low 69% S% and elevated 1.9 HR/9.
