NL East: Now leading off for Atlanta, Jorge Soler

It's been a rough week for the Atlanta Braves, who have lost their last five games in a row, including two of four against the last place Marlins, while also getting swept by the NL Central leading Milwaukee Brewers in Atlanta. That stretch has the Braves half a game out of a Wild Card spot entering play on Friday. This is a position the team has not been in since June of 2022.

So, it should come as no surprise that the Braves are mixing things up a bit. The biggest change since the trade deadline is moving Jorge Soler into the leadoff spot and right field.
