DIVISIONAL OUTLOOK - AL East: Back ends of rotations in flux

Like their division rival Orioles, the Red Sox are having some issues in the back half of their rotation. John Lackey (RHP, BOS) returned to the mound April 28, and not a moment too soon, as fill-in Alfredo Aceves (RHP, BOS) was sent to the minors after a 3.1 IP, 7 ER debacle April 23. Aceves will reportedly continue to work as a starter in at AAA-Pawtucket, but there are trade rumors swirling, leaving considerable question as to who would fill in if another rotation spot opens up.
