NEWS: The A’s activated OF Miguel Andujar from the 10-day IL and optioned OF Colby Thomas to the minors.

Before hitting the IL, he slashed .296/.328/.402 (180 PA) with a trio of dingers and a perfectly league-average 100 wRC+ as he'd become the A's third baseman on most days. Andujar (+5% PT) started at third on his first game back on Thursday, but he could fill the short side of a left field platoon with Tyler Soderstrom (-20% PT), who’s sporting a 90-point disparity in wRC+ against lefties (42 wRC+) and righties (134 wRC+).
