ALTERNATIVE: First Set of 2014 Challenge Indicators Released

The first set of Challenge Indicators for 2014 have been released using the BaseballHQ.com projections as of Friday, March 21st. These reports are designed to provide detailed valuation information for both the Fantrax and CDM points-style and rotisserie-style salary cap games.
 
The indicators use the Challenge Category Points (CCP) system to assign values to both hitters and pitchers. The CCP system is a category-based system developed by Tom Zownir of Wise Guy Baseball. It assigns a value to a player based on what he is projected to contribute in the five offensive categories (batting average, homeruns, RBIs, stolen bases, and runs) or five pitching categories (wins, saves, strikeouts, ERA, and WHIP).
