AMERICAN LEAGUE

Brayan Bello (RHP, BOS) did not post good skills during his MLB debut (71 BPV), largely due to shaky command (10% K-BB%). However, his strikeout rate (20% K%) has some nice upside potential given his 11.7% SwK% and 28% CSW% (called + swinging strike rate), both of which suggest his strikeout rate should have been at the mid-20% level.
