STARTERS: Spring training questions—AL

Starting rotations are full of question marks heading into spring training.

Instead of speculating on which starting pitchers will get healthy in camp or which ones will win a starting job in March, a more effective approach is to focus on skills. We can look at those both within and outside of a team's starting rotation in order to forecast how the rotation might evolve during the spring and season.
