Now that the regular season has started, the Arsenal Report will look a little bit different than it did during the offseason, when it was focused on deeper dives into a few potential arsenal changes. In this column, and moving forward, we will be documenting more changes per column in a more concise manner. Of course, this column is not going to come close to capturing every change that pitchers are making, but hopefully it will provide some insights on some of the more notable changes in pitcher arsenals.
