RELIEVERS: Potential sellers and the next man up

This week we look at some teams who are July sellers who could potentially move relievers. If they make trades, there will be new closers on those teams. Sellers examined are TOR, SF, DET, SD, and KC. Let's start with the Blue Jays, where Ken Giles (RHP, TOR) is the closer, but is also available to teams buying relievers. Assuming the Blue Jays successfully trade Giles, here are the remaining arms:
