RELIEVERS: 2018 End Game

This week, we go deep and filter for the best end game relievers we can. The only relievers that qualify for this look are those who have a 15$ mixed value at $1 or less AND an ADP greater than 400. From that list of relievers, we filter for the best skills: 40 or more innings, xERA at or under 3.70, WHIP at or under 1.30, DOM 7.0 or greater, CMD ratio 3.0 or greater, HR/9 1.1 or less, and BPV 100 or greater. These filters provide us with some excellent skill sets. We break these into AL and NL, with AL listed first:

AL IP xERA WHIP DOM CMD HR/9 G% F% BPV 15$ ADP
=================    == ==== ==== ==== ==== ==== == == === === ===
