Projecting the best non-closer relievers ROS

When it comes to bullpen discourse, the focus can be narrow, with closers getting all the attention. As a result, non-closer relievers can go under-the-radar, despite their importance to their ball clubs and wide array of fantasy viability. 

This week's column will focus on the best relievers who don't receive adoration via flashy saves and game-ending performances. Looking at a few integral relief pitcher stats, we'll identify the top setup men and non-closer relievers in baseball at this point in the season. Then we'll take a look at how they project for the rest of the season (ROS). The intent is to key in on the pitchers who can be cheap boons in the ratio and strikeout categories, or are best-suited for holds leagues.
