Shallow Leagues
In spring training, Joe Kelly (RHP, BOS) predicted a Cy Young award for himself. He's not exactly on that kind of pace, but if his skill trends hold, he's got a chance to be a valuable starter. His 4.08 ERA hides a 3.36 xERA, 9.2 Dom and 3.6 Cmd. On the flip side, his GB tilt has reversed, as he's thrown far less off-speed stuff than in the past. It's too soon to say...
