FACTS/FLUKES: Votto, Inciarte, Harrison, Matz, Yates

Where has Votto's power gone?... Joey Votto (1B, CIN) exploded for 36 home runs in 2017, and even though repeating seemed unlikely, he entered the season looking like a virtual lock for a .300 average and 25-plus home runs. So far, his batting average has been only mildly disappointing, but with just eight home runs to his name, his owners aren't getting anything close to what they were counting on in terms of power. Is the 34-year-old declining, or is a second half explosion forthcoming?
