Mullins posted a strong five-category 30/30 season in 2021 ... Cedric Mullins (OF, BAL) did not follow up with another solid five-category campaign in 2022 after his $34 5x5 season in 2021, although he did earn $30 based primarily on his 34 SB. Is Mullins a five-category building block or is he more of a SB guy with the ability to contribute in other categories?
