Fernandez still elite … Jose Fernandez (RHP, MIA) returned last July from Tommy John surgery and picked up where he left off, posting a 2.92 ERA and superb 11.0 Dom. In many ways, he has taken his game up another notch so far in 2016. Is there any reason to doubt Fernandez?
