Cole continues to dominate ... On the surface, Gerrit Cole's (RHP, PIT) 3.65 ERA in a 2014 season cut short by shoulder and lat issues was nothing special. The underlying skills still led us to an "UP: 3.00 ERA, 200 K" speculation in this year's Baseball Forecaster, and Cole has exploded in 2015—his 1.78 ERA is near the top among NL starters.
