Bumgarner still has something left in the tank … A fractured left hand sidelined Madison Bumgarner (LHP, SF) for the first couple months of 2018, limiting him to just 130 IP. Though he finished with a 3.26 ERA, it came with a career-worst BPV. With a 4.05 ERA through 80 IP in 2019, is there reason for concern?
