These hitters (min 30+ AB in 2022 and 2023) have posted a double-digit increase in their BPV from last year to this season:

AMERICAN LEAGUE
Akil Baddoo (LF, DET) hasn't put up noteworthy surface stats so far in 2023 (.259 BA, 2 HR, 12 RBI, 4 SB in 108 AB), but his overall skill level has gone from bad (-15 BPV in 2022) to marginal (24 BPV in 2023).
