Ohtani edition

This is a big edition of the Arsenal Report, as it has been incredibly tempting at various times over roughly the last season and a half to write about Shohei Ohtani (DH/SP, LAA), arguably the biggest star in the game and the cover athlete of the 2022 Baseball Forecaster. We put it off, however, until there were arsenal changes big enough to justify a full article dedicated to him.
