Ralphy Velazquez, Seaver King & Parker Harber

Another week on the road, another missed opportunity to visit a new ballpark this time in Reading. Unlike last week, I didn’t still cover the series on video, mostly due to a lack of prospects worth writing up. It did make me want to cover other prospects in the same league. Enjoy!

Ralphy Velazquez (1B, Cleveland Guardians, 20) – One of the best hitters in the minor leagues is having one of the best starts to the 2026 season. Velazquez, who has worked hard to lean up his body without compromising his power, is showing rare contact ability for a power-driven hit tool while also showing advanced zone awareness. He has as many walks as strikeouts this year, 19 in 122 plate appearances.
