Comments: Signed out of Mexico for $1.5 million, he has seen his stock soar recently. Fastball sits at 93-95 topping out at 97 mph with good late sink. Slurvy breaking ball is below average, but change-up is already plus. Fringe command and lack of projection limit him to a #2 starter, but fantasy owners should follow closely.
