Whether they are drafted out of high school or college, first-round hitters carry the weight of expectation. Some are expected to have massive power, others are expected to have a handful of tools at their disposal. I took time to comb through the video of two former first-rounders currently playing in the Midwest League. The Tigers' Jace Jung and Athletics' Max Muncy are both former first-round infielders who find themselves back in Michigan, where they ended the previous season. Both have tremendous potential, but both have yet to show how their talent will translate to fantasy value.
