MINORS: Making sense of pitching prospects

My job at BaseballHQ.com is to help subscribers (and my fellow BHQ writers) identify prospects who can help their fantasy team down the road. In the last 12 months, I've covered a full compilation of pitching prospects in the "Eyes have it" series, ranging from college arms like J.B. Bukauskas to guys already on big league rosters like Amir Garrett. While I hope to nail my projection on each and every guy, the reality is I'll hit on between 25% and 50% of the players projected. Any higher, and I likely have a job in someone's front office next season.
