MINORS: Low-contact High-A batters and pitchers

It's well established that batters who struggle to make consistent contact tend to have trouble contributing to run production. On the flipside, one of the best things a pitcher can do is to naturally limit contact in order to prevent runs. As a result, ct% can serve as a very useful metric for judging the quality of a pitcher’s stuff or the quality of a batter’s hit tool.

With that in mind, let’s take a look at some notable current High-A players who stand out in terms of making or allowing a low amount of contact. For reference, the average ct% among High-A batters is around 70%. In order to ensure a large enough sample size, we’ll limit the sample to batters with at least 100 PA and pitchers...
