Every year, I make a pilgrimage to a Triple-A game. Last year, it was to see Vladimir Guerrero Jr and Austin Riley. The year before that, I saw Dominic Smith, Amed Rosario, Matt Olson, Renato Núñez and Franklin Barreto. I don’t normally seek out Triple-A games because of the hassle commuting to and from the Triple-A stadiums nearby. Plus, we pretty much know about most of the players because they’ve already appeared in the big leagues, multiple times in most cases. When the Dodgers announced top prospects Dustin May, Gavin Lux and D.J. Peters (Peters will be covered at later date) was headed to Triple-A, I knew there was a chance of lining up a May start for Oklahoma City in Nashville, knowing Lux and Peters would be in the lineup...
