By most any preseason account (including ours), Forrest Whitley (RHP, HOU) would be a major leaguer by now, finishing as he did 2018 with a dominant performance in the Arizona Fall League and looking good in Spring Training. But obviously things have not gone to plan in 2019; starting with a disastrous first two months (12.21 ERA in 24.1 AAA...
