As we round into the last month of the minor league season, there's still time to feed those keeper and dynasty league rosters. A big fish who has disappointed in 2019 starts us off, and then a handful of quick hits of the best of what we saw at the parks in July (and in some cases, a bit earlier).

By most any preseason account (including ours), Forrest Whitley (RHP, HOU) would be a major leaguer by now, finishing as he did 2018 with a dominant performance in the Arizona Fall League and looking good in Spring Training. But obviously things have not gone to plan in 2019; starting with a disastrous first two months (12.21 ERA in 24.1 AAA...
