MINORS: The Eyes have it—Dillon Tate, Andy Ibanez & Touki Toussaint

The sun is shining on the South Atlantic League. Almost every series presents scouting looks at preseason and/or future HQ100 prospects. The Hickory/Rome series didn't disappoint. On the mound, it was a battle of plus-plus breaking pitches between Rangers prospect Dillon Tate (#39 on the HQ100) and Braves prospect Touki Toussaint (#69 on the HQ100). The series also afforded a look at a 2016 pop-up performer, Rangers second base prospect Andy Ibáñez. Let's take a look at these three prospects.
