MINORS: The Eyes have it—Amir Garrett & Sal Romano

The Cincinnati Reds pitching staff is bad. Currently 29th in MLB in pitching, the Reds are in desprate need of help. With several Cincinnati Reds prospects scattered between the Triple-A and Double-A affiliates, help will evenually reach their beleaguered pitching staff. The two big names, Robert Stephenson (Scouting Report) and Cody Reed, account for 2/5ths of the Triple-A rotation. While Triple-A boasts the high-end talent, Double-A affiliate is where the organization's depth lies. All five starters have future MLB ceilings. Of those five starters, Amir Garrett and Sal Romano have the highest upside. Let's take a look at what both bring to the table.
