MINORS: The Eyes have it— Southern League scouting notebook

The first two months of the Southern League season are already in the books. So far, I've scouted over 100 Double-A prospects representing six different organization. Some prospects, like Brewers prospect Josh Hader (Scouting report), have emerged to become top prospects, energizing fans and fantasy owners along the way. Others, like White Sox prospect Carson Fulmer (Scouting report), have faltered, leaving fans and owners panicking over the development of their prized prospects. Let's take a look at prospects who figure to have strong fantasy impacts but do not wow fantasy owners like a top tier prospect would.
