Some prospects, like Brewers prospect Josh Hader (Scouting report), have emerged to become top prospects, energizing fans and fantasy owners along the way. Others, like White Sox prospect Carson Fulmer (Scouting report), have faltered, leaving fans and owners panicking over the development of their prized prospects.
