This week, we shift our attention to the upper minors (Double-A and Triple-A) and take a look at some early season breakouts. For the most part, these breakouts prospects are not on the verge of being called-up (for those, see our weekly Sunday WatchList column), but have done enough to warrant a reconsideration of their long-term potential.
