Nick Goody (RHP, NYY)
Goody, 24, has earned his first ever call-up and is being counted on to provide bullpen depth for the Yankees. He pitched as a closer for LSU in 2012 before being drafted in the sixth round later that summer. Tommy John surgery forced him to miss all but three innings in 2013, but he has performed very well since his return, both statistically and from a skills perspective. Goody works primarily off a fastball and slider combo. Both are both above-average offerings and he will mix in an occasional change-up. Excellent command of...
