José Cisnero (RHP, HOU)
With Matt Albers (RHP, HOU) heading to the DL with shoulder tendinitis, the Astros recalled the 25 year old Cisnero to provide bullpen depth. Signed out of the Dominican Republic in 2007, Cisnero has progressed slowly through the Astros system, reaching the majors last season. While he was initially one of the better options in the Astros bullpen in 2013 and was in line for a set-up role, he fell apart over his last 17 appearances, with a 6.48 ERA in 16.2 IP. The 6'3", 245 lb. Cisnero throws two fastballs, including a two-seamer with hard sink that induces a ton of groundballs, as well...
