The White Sox are calling up their top pitching prospect to face the Rays on Tuesday. Schultz battled patellar tendinitis last year, which impacted his velocity and control.  However, he appears to be healthy this season, averaging 96 mph on his sinker and touching as high as 99 mph.  His sinker is considered a plus...
