Wilber Dotel (RHP, Pittsburgh Pirates)
A strong RHP, Dotel added over 3 mph to his fastball and raised his prospect status as a result. His fastball averages 96 mph, touching as high as 100 mph, and can dominate hitters up in the zone. He has an upper 80s slider that shows plus, along with a mid-80s splitter that has emerged as an above-average...
