2015: Keuchel
2016: Villar
2017: Judge
2018: Snell
2019: KMarte
2020: VoitHistory says another will do it this year. Who ya got?

Last year's answer? Cedric Mullins (OF, BAL), who delivered a 30/30 season with a .291 batting average, and with a preseason Average Draft Position (ADP) of 407, likely brought home plenty of hardware for his fantasy managers as well.
Finding this year's Mullins is a speculative task for sure, but if recent history is...
