Nationals | Stephen Strasburg's year officially over
BHQ take: Strasburg ends the 2017 season with just 47 IP, 3 DL stints for various elbow problems, and a murky outlook heading into 2018. At this point, despite repeated insistence from the Nationals that his UCL is intact, one has to wonder whether the only path forward for Strasburg is reconstructive surgery. At least that would fix the problem once and for all, rather than going through rehabs that seem to cap out at 2-3 starts per cycle,...
