PT TOMORROW: NL West—Renfroe providing pop in SD outfield

Reports surfaced last week that a number of position players—including outfielder Hunter Renfroe (OF, SD)—could be trade candidates as the deadline approaches. Renfroe then went out and popped 5 HR over the weekend series at Coors Field, giving him a total of 23 HR on the season. His 46% FB% matches the mark he posted in the second half of last year (when he hit 22 HR in 264 AB), and his .294 xBA suggests there is room for improvement on his current .257 BA.

With Renfroe, Wil Myers (3B/OF, SD), and Franmil Reyes (OF, SD) each in the lineup on a fairly regular basis, Manuel Margot (OF, SD) has faded into more of a backup role, with just 48 AB in May followed by 21 so far in June. Margot generated a lot of buzz in fantasy...
