Casey Kelly (RHP, SD) is in the middle of a rehab assignment in San Diego's minor league system, and all appears to be going well thus far. Kelly is now more than 13 months removed from Tommy John surgery. He only has 29 MLB innings under his belt, but was given an impressive 8B prospect rating by BaseballHQ.com in 2012 and is still only 26 years old. If all goes well with the rehab, Kelly could be a decent profit source. But whom might he replace in the SD rotation?
