Nate Schierholtz's (OF, TEX) signing to a minor league contract makes him the only LHB  among a disparate group currently competing for LF AB, and as such, a playing time projection favorite. But following a 2013 career year in which he hit 21 HR, an across-the-board skills plunge left Schierholz with just 7 HR and a .195 BA in 353 AB in 2014. A look at his track record suggests that volatility is the only "skill" for which he can be counted upon, making him little more than a platoon fantasy flyer. Ryan Ludwick (OF, TEX) is also an experienced hand in camp, but as indicated by his 9 HR, .244 BA, 107 PX (357 AB) performance, the 36-year-old hasn't regained his power following early 2013 shoulder surgery. And coming...
