Given a steady diet of AB by the shoulder injury of Yunel Escobar (SS, TAM), Logan Forsythe (2B, TAM) has taken full advantage, with eight multiple-hit games in 11 starts between June 22 and July 5. Included in that stretch were HRs in back-to-back games June 28 and June 29, and another July 5.

Depending on your league rules, Forsythe may qualify at 2B, 3B and OF, making him a potentially valuable addition in a deep AL-only league. And there remains a chance—despite a recent hot streak—that the Rays could decide to rebuild and trade a player like Ben Zobrist (2B/OF, TAM), which could open up more playing time for Forsythe long term.
