Of Tampa Bay ace David Price (LHP, TAM), the Baseball Forecaster notes, “He's a better offense and bullpen away from consistently duplicating his 2012 line (20-5, 2.56 ERA, 1.10 WHIP).” While it’s debatable the degree to which the Rays’ offense has improved in the offseason—though perhaps Wil Myers (OF, TAM) with a year of experience is significant enough in that regard—it would be hard to argue that the Rays’ bullpen is anything but better heading into 2014.
