The arrival of Adam Frazier (2B, BAL) in Baltimore sets up a situation entering the 2023 season in which four players will share three infield positions, potentially putting the squeeze on the playing time of one of 2022’s stolen base leaders.

Even given what the Baseball Forecaster notes is an “uninspiring” baseline Frazier figures to play second base regularly against right-handed pitching and put the ball in play, even if nothing particularly interesting happens when he does.

Between Frazier’s mediocre success rate and the fact that manager Brandon Hyde does not have particularly aggressive tendencies, fantasy managers should have modest expectations of Frazier’s stolen base potential — a third straight double-digit...
